Operations & Maintenance
- Manage day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of facilities to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Monitor performance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
- Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules are implemented and completed efficiently.
- Coordinate and supervise corrective and reactive maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of facility assets and equipment.
- Monitor asset performance and recommend replacement or refurbishment strategies.
- Ensure proper lifecycle management of building assets.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Review maintenance reports, work orders, and service delivery performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding facility‑related matters.
- Respond to client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare and present technical reports, maintenance updates, and performance metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain maintenance records, asset registers, and compliance documentation.
- Utilize CAFM/CMMS systems for work order management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional certifications related to Facilities Management are advantageous.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or Property Management.
- Experience managing commercial, residential, mixed‑use, healthcare, hospitality, or industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire‑fighting, and building management systems.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.
- Customer‑focused with strong service‑delivery orientation.
- Ability to work independently and lead maintenance teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in UAE/GCC facilities‑management operations is preferred.
