Civil Technical Engineer QA/QC

Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan for civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits to verify the quality of construction materials and workmanship, identifying and rectifying any deviations.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory codes.
- Develop and implement non-conformance reporting procedures, track corrective actions, and ensure their timely and effective closure.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in QA/QC roles within the civil construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing and executing QA/QC processes on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
