Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards for interior fit‑out works.
Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings, translating them into actionable construction plans.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries to optimize workflow and prevent delays.
Conduct rigorous quality control inspections, identifying and rectifying defects to meet project specifications.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in site engineering, with a strong focus on interior fit‑out projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Hands‑on experience with construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is advantageous.
- UAE Driving License.
