Responsibilities
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance and operational suitability.
- Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and maintenance procedures.
- Support refurbishment, renovation, and system upgrade works in live facilities.
- Support testing, commissioning, balancing, and performance verification of HVAC systems.
- Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure maintenance standards and contractual obligations are met.
- Evaluate contractor performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, including LOTO procedures and safe working practices.
- Prepare maintenance reports, inspection reports, asset reports, and technical documentation.
- Support budgeting and cost control activities, tracking maintenance expenditure and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in Facilities Management or Building Services Maintenance.
- Strong hands‑on experience in HVAC operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems.
- Experience in live operational environments with high service standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in contractor management and multi‑site maintenance coordination.
- Familiarity with CMMS, BMS systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
