Fabrication Engineer

To plan, coordinate, and supervise the fabrication, assembly, testing, and installation of specialized containers and enclosures such as Generator Containers, Acoustic Enclosures, E‑Houses, Control Rooms, Fuel Tanks, and Skid‑Mounted Units, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and client requirements.

• Coordinate fabrication and installation activities for Generator Containers, Acoustic Enclosures, E‑Houses, Control Rooms, Fuel Tanks, MCC Rooms, and Skid‑Mounted Units.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements prior to production.
• Prepare production plans, monitor fabrication progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise fabrication, assembly, welding, fitting, and installation activities in the workshop and at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor material requirements, consumption, and availability to avoid project delays.
• Conduct inspections and support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Prepare progress reports and update project stakeholders on fabrication and installation status.
• Assist in resolving technical and production‑related issues during project execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication and installation of Generator Containers, Acoustic Enclosures, E‑Houses, Modular Buildings, Fuel Tanks, or Industrial Steel Structures.
• Experience in workshop fabrication and site installation activities.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding processes, structural assembly, and sheet metal works.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and engineering documents.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and fabrication standards.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and HSE standards.
• Good understanding of material planning and production coordination.
