• Reviewandensurethequality,completeness,andtechnicalaccuracyofmechanicaldesigns,including
  
  HVAC,plumbing,drainage,firefighting,andgassystems.
• Coordinatemechanicalsystemswitharchitectural,structural,andother
  
  MEPdisciplinestoensureseamlessintegration.
• Review
  
  BIMmodels,drawings,andclashdetectionoutputsusing
  
  Navisworksandothercoordinationtools.
• Ensurecompliancewithprojectbriefs,Majid Al Futtaimdesignstandards ,andapplicablelocalandinternationalcodesandregulations.
• Evaluatedesignconstructabilityandprovidevalueengineeringsolutionstooptimizecost,performance,efficiency,andsustainabilityoutcomes.
• Reviewtechnicaldocumentation,including specifications,calculations,reports,shop drawings,materialsubmissions,andmethodstatements.
• Supportconstructionactivitiesthroughsitevisits,technical guidance,issue resolution,andreviewofmock-upstoensurealignmentwithapproveddesigns.
• Collaboratewithconsultantsandinternalstakeholders,managedesignrisks,participateincoordinationmeetings,andcontributetocontinuousimprovementandinnovationwithinthemechanicaldiscipline.

• Bachelor’sdegreein
  
  Mechanicalor Electrical Engineeringorarelateddiscipline .
• 5-7yearsofmechanicaldesignexperienceacrossretail,residential,mixed-use,andlarge-scale developments.
• Provenexperienceacrossthefullprojectlifecycle,includingdesignreview,coordination,andconstructionsupport.
• Strongknowledgeof
  
  UAEregulationsandmechanicaldesignstandards;
  
  GCC/MENAexperienceispreferred.
• Membershipinarecognizedprofessionalbody(e.g.,CIBSE,ASHRAE) is preferred.
• LEED,BREEAM,orothersustainabilitycertificationsareadvantageous.
