We are seeking a qualified MEP Engineer with a valid UAE approved engineering license to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for our building and fit-out projects. The candidate will ensure compliance with authority regulations, quality standards, and timely project delivery.

• Design review and coordination of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting)
• Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and safety standards
• Manage site supervision, testing & commissioning of MEP services
• Review material submittals and method statements
• Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Support authority approvals and final inspections (DM/DDA/DCD/DEWA as applicable)
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and timely completion

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Valid UAE approved engineering license (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP works
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination
• Good communication, coordination, and site management skills
• Experience in fit-out and building construction projects
