As Civil Planning Engineer you will be the most essential key part of the project management and delivery.
Job Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans and schedules for civil engineering projects.
- Ensure all construction activities are planned and executed efficiently.
- Analyze project specifications and collaborate with the design team to ensure feasibility and practicality.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Prepare cost estimates, material lists and resource requirements for project planning.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors and subcontractors.
- Review design documents, drawings and construction methods to identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Document project progress and prepare reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering project planning and management in U.A.E.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in U.A.E.
- Expert in Primavera P6 and Excel.
- Available U.A.E. Driving License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
