BIM PH-Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare shop drawings schematics and detailed layouts
• Coordinate with MEP Architectural and Structural teams to resolve design clashes
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure model accuracy
• Ensure all deliverables comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements
• Review and update models based on design changes and site requirements
• Assist in project documentation and submission processes

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Plumbing/PH)
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Drainage systems
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Experience in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality DEWA) is an advantage

• Experience working on UAE/GCC projects
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans and coordination workflows
• Good communication and teamwork skills
