Project Controls Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated UAE National Project Controls Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of our flagship projects in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a young engineering professional to gain hands‑on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control and performance monitoring within a leading multinational organization. The Project Controls Engineer will support the Project Controls Manager in establishing, maintaining and developing project control systems.
This includes scheduling, data analysis, risk management and productivity/performance reporting in terms of cost and progress.
The role contributes to providing data‑driven analysis, forecasting and visualization tools to support the project management team decision‑making leading to successful project delivery.
What You’ll Drive- Support scheduling and reporting functions using Primavera P6 in accordance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress data and trends along critical and near‑critical float paths.
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
- Support the implementation, development and running of in‑house productivity tools e.g. Perform with links to Change Management.
- Support qualitative Risk Management processes using the in‑house risk tool and perform quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulations.
- Contribute to the development of interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and MS Excel.
- Work in collaboration with Contracts and Commercial teams in supporting Change Management and Forecasting.

- Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Have 0–3 years of work experience.
