A leading Oil & Gas company based in Dubai is looking for a Training Manager to proactively identify, facilitate and manage the company's technical training needs to ensure employees are meeting technical competence standards onshore and offshore, and to align training with operational requirements.
Responsibilities- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (onshore and offshore) and assess key priorities for development.
- Create and manage a Training Plan and allocate resources to meet training requirements.
- Source and evaluate technical training providers to ensure effective delivery and impact.
- Review training contracts of preferred providers to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry with some technical position experience.
- Experience in training and development within the oil and gas industry.
- Candidate should have experience in Skills XP.
