Sales Manager BIM & CAD Engineering Services
About this opportunity: Gsource Technologies is a world‑class BIM and CAD engineering services firm headquartered in the US, with a 400+ strong delivery centre in Pune, India. We are opening our Dubai office in Tecom as a gateway to the GCC market. This role is the first and defining sales hire in the region — you will build and own our Dubai revenue engine from the ground up.
THE ROLEYou will lead all commercial activity out of our Tecom, Dubai office — overseeing inbound inquiry management, prospecting, client meetings, service presentations, negotiation, and contract closure. You will manage a team of sales representatives who work under your direction, and you will personally own relationships with key accounts in the architecture, engineering, and construction space across the UAE and broader GCC.
You will be the face of Gsource in Dubai — representing a company with proven delivery credibility, a world‑class production centre, and a portfolio spanning complex BIM, CAD, and geospatial projects for US and EU clients. Your job is to translate that story into signed contracts in the local market.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales reps handling inbound inquiries
- Schedule and lead discovery and proposal meetings with prospects
- Present Gsource's BIM, CAD, and geospatial service offerings
- Negotiate commercial terms, scope, and pricing
- Drive contract signing and handoff to delivery team
- Build a structured pipeline with weekly reporting to leadership
- Identify and pursue strategic accounts in AEC, MEP, façade, and geospatial sectors
- Represent Gsource at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums in UAE
- Collaborate with Pune and Miami leadership on service offerings and pricing
- Architecture firms (small to large practice)

- MEP subcontractors and MEP design firms
- Sign manufacturers and way‑finding companies
- Geospatial and surveying firms
- EPC contractors and project management consultancies
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in AEC, engineering services, or technical outsourcing
- Fluent in Arabic — spoken and written; understanding of local dialects (Gulf, Levantine)
- Deep knowledge of how AEC firms in the UAE buy and procure services
- Comfortable navigating local business customs, relationship culture, and decision timelines
- Proven track record of closing mid‑to‑large service contracts
- Experience managing or mentoring junior sales staff
- Familiarity with BIM, CAD, or engineering drawing workflows (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills for internal reporting and coordination with global teams
- You are a self-starter who can build structure in a new office environment
- You have an existing network in Dubai's AEC or engineering community
- You understand the GCC procurement culture — patience, relationship‑first, trust‑based
- You can translate complex technical services into clear client value propositions
- You are comfortable working with a remote delivery team (India/US) and advocating for quality
- You have genuine curiosity about BIM technology and its application in large‑scale projects

You will be selling world‑class BIM and CAD services backed by a 400+ person delivery team in Pune — the same team that has been producing for demanding US and EU clients for years. Services include Architectural BIM, Structural BIM, MEP BIM, Clash Detection, Point Cloud to BIM, As‑Built Documentation, CAD Drafting & Conversion, Shop Drawing Production, Façade & Enclosure BIM, Signage Production Drawings, and Geospatial Survey Processing.
