HSE Manager – Ain Holding Entertainment

About the Job

• Lead the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards across Ain Dubai and assigned attractions, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and international best practices
• Advise site leadership on HSE matters, supporting safe operations for guests, employees, and third-party contractors
• Ensure risk assessments are conducted, reviewed, and controls are implemented to maintain a safe operating environment
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements, including liaison with external authorities and inspection bodies
• Oversee emergency preparedness plans, ensuring these are effectively implemented, tested, and continuously improved
• Drive a proactive safety culture through engagement, communication, and HSE committee coordination
• Monitor site activities and conduct inspections to identify non-compliance, implementing corrective actions where required
• Support operations, engineering, and event teams by embedding HSE requirements into day-to-day activities

• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing HSE compliance in large or complex operational environments
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and safety management systems
• Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory interactions
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and advise leadership on HSE matters
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
• Experience with in leisure, attractions, or large-scale infrastructure environments
• Working at height certification or experience in similar high-risk activities
• Experience supporting construction or complex technical projects
• Knowledge of food safety and ride safety regulations
