Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Between 12 and 15 years of experience in telecommunications engineering design in the oil and gas sector or in large EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) projects.
- Experience with ADNOC or projects in the Middle East is highly valued.
- Proficiency in software and design tools for telecommunications.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Direct and supervise telecommunications engineering design activities across all projects.
- Review and approve design deliverables, calculations, and plans for all telecommunications systems (voice, data, fiber optics, structured cabling, DAS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and access control).
- Provide technical guidance to the telecommunications engineering team and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, customer specifications, and international codes.
- Advise and support junior engineers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of telecommunications design products.
- Participate in design reviews, field studies, and supplier evaluations.
