We’re currently looking for an Affiliate Manager
.

Location
:
Dubai, UAE (Onsite, full-time).

• Affiliate Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong connections with affiliate partners via email, calls, newsletters, and forums to maximize revenue;
• Affiliate Recruitment:
  Identify and onboard new affiliates to run CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns;
• Negotiation & Campaign Performance:
  Negotiate deal terms and analyze campaigns to ensure maximum ROI;
• Budget Management:
  Manage the affiliate budget, including commission payments and spend allocation;
• Timely Payments & Reports:
  Ensure on-time affiliate payments and deliver insightful reports to senior management;
• Communication & Support:
  Be the primary point of contact for partners, providing top-tier support;
• Creative
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with marketing, creative, and development teams to deliver engaging campaigns;
• Networking: presenting the product at industry events, exhibitions and forums for partner network growth;
• Promotions & Content:
  Create engaging affiliate newsletters and develop promotions to keep partners active;
• Compliance:
  Stay up to date with industry regulations and affiliate marketing best practices.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) and native Russian.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years as an Affiliate Manager in the gambling industry;
• GEO:
  Asia, Nordic markets and PL, HU, CZ, CA, NZ, SK, IE, ZA, DE, AT, CH;
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
