Aquatic Operations - Supervisor (UAE National) - Dubai Parks and Resorts - Dubai Holding Entertainment Job Overview

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Aquatic Operations - Supervisor at Dubai Parks and Resorts in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Monitor all water areas to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, administering First Aid, CPR, or oxygen when required.
• Enforce waterpark safety rules and operational procedures with consistency and professionalism.
• Assist guests courteously with information and ensure proper use of aquatic facilities.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness of assigned zones.
• Participate in daily training and readiness drills to maintain fitness and emergency response skills.
• Report incidents accurately and follow all operational reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe and positive guest experience.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.

Preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma
• 1–2 years in a similar role within water parks or aquatic environments.
• Certified in Lifeguard Training
• BLS and O2 Administration Certification
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and responsive under pressure
