Here’s your chance to step into the role of Sous Chef at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment
. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Support the Manager – F&B in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food hygiene, and kitchen safety.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor food quality and portion control during service periods.
• Coordinate with procurement for kitchen supplies and stock control.
• Assist in new dish development and execution of promotional menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or Professional Chef Certification.
• 5–7 years in kitchen operations, with 2–3 years in a senior culinary role.
• Advanced culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of international cuisines and food trends.
• Food safety, HACCP, and inventory management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
