Responsibilities
Guide atmosphere and flow, using backend tools or code words to prompt hosts to adjust their delivery, pacing, or talent displays;
Swiftly address unexpected incidents during broadcasts (e.g., technical glitches, negative comments, host performance fluctuations) to ensure smooth streaming;
Develop daily interactive content and scripts, including engagement scripts and key interaction points;
Serve as the information hub at the live stream site, maintaining efficient communication with other team members to collaboratively optimize overall broadcast effectiveness;
Participate in planning interactive activities aligned with the host's personality and fan preferences (e.g., live duels, prize draws, topic discussions), and oversee on-site execution;
After each broadcast, compile data reports, analyze interaction effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights for future broadcast planning and optimization.
- At least 1 year of experience in live streaming production control or related roles; preference given to candidates with backgrounds in entertainment shows, talent-based live streaming, or highly interactive e-commerce live streaming;
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills, with the ability to keenly perceive others' emotions and effectively energize the atmosphere;
- Capable of interpreting and conducting preliminary analysis of live streaming data to identify issues;
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate efficiently with hosts and other team members;
- Familiarity with the Brazilian market and proficiency in Portuguese for routine communication;
- Proficiency in English for daily work communication is preferred;
- Portuguese is a plus.
