Hammam Receptionist - One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

One&Only Royal Mirage is a luxury resort located in the vibrant heart of New Dubai, surrounded by private sands and luxuriant gardens. As part of our Hammam team, you will help deliver a beautiful, personalised experience to our guests while upholding the high standards of the One&Only brand.

• Deliver exceptional guest experience at the Hammam in line with hotel brand standards.
• Generate revenue through retail, upselling and cross‑selling to other business centres in the Hammam.
• Assist guests with health & beauty services, providing personalised recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Hammam Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and use relevant software for booking and billing.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position at luxury resorts or five‑star hotels.
• Strong experience in health & beauty section.
• Creative, dynamic, passionate, flexible, with good leadership skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Computer literacy and experience with reservation and retail software.
• Experience in the Middle East/GCC region is an advantage.
