The Creative Director – Entertainment is responsible for conceiving, shaping, delivering and overseeing the entertainment vision for The Heart of Europe. This role leads the creation of integrated, destination-wide entertainment concepts that elevate the project into a globally iconic lifestyle and tourism destination.
The position is highly conceptual and strategic, bridging storytelling, guest experience, culture, nightlife, seasonal programming, live events, and immersive attractions
, while ensuring all entertainment aligns with the brand, architecture, and long‑term commercial goals of the project.
- Define and own the overall entertainment strategy and creative vision for The Heart of Europe.
- Develop a holistic entertainment master plan spanning all islands, hotels, beaches, marinas, retail areas, public spaces, and attractions.
- Create destination‑level narratives and themes that unify entertainment across day, night, and seasonal cycles.
- Ensure entertainment concepts enhance dwell time, repeat visitation, and global brand recognition.
- Ideate and develop original entertainment concepts
, including: - Live shows and spectacles
- Nightlife and music programming
- Immersive and experiential attractions
- Cultural, artistic, and European‑inspired storytelling experiences
- Seasonal festivals, celebrations, and signature events
- Translate concepts into clear creative briefs, story bibles, and experience frameworks
. - Set creative standards for tone, quality, and guest impact across all entertainment offerings.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, design, operations, marketing, F&B, and hospitality teams to ensure entertainment is integrated into physical spaces and guest journeys.
- Work with external creative studios, producers, performers, designers, and technology partners
. - Align entertainment concepts with brand positioning, commercial models, and operational realities.
- Guide entertainment projects from concept through design, development, and launch
. - Review scripts, show flows, programming schedules, and creative outputs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support the selection and management of creative vendors and production partners.
- Provide creative input during rehearsals, previews, and soft openings.
- Stay at the forefront of global entertainment, experiential design, nightlife, festivals, and immersive storytelling trends
. - Identify innovative formats and technologies that enhance guest engagement while remaining culturally appropriate for Dubai.
- Benchmark against leading global destinations, resorts, and cultural hubs.
- Destination‑wide entertainment master plan

- Seasonal and annual entertainment programming frameworks
- Creative briefs, narratives, and experience guidelines
- Concept presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership
- 10+ years in entertainment creative leadership
, destination entertainment, themed attractions, live events, nightlife, or experiential design. - Background working with luxury hospitality, resorts, cultural destinations, or large mixed‑use developments is highly desirable.
- Experience in Dubai is a must
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
- Strong understanding of guest experience design
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial and operational considerations
- Confident presenter with strong visual and narrative communication skills
- Collaborative leader who inspires creative teams and partners
- Culturally aware and sensitive to regional values and expectations
