Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor - Stage Management at Dubai Parks and Resorts in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily entertainment operations including performer schedules, show timings, and zone activations.
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to align entertainment plans with park events and promotions.
• Supervise entertainment performers and third-party providers, ensuring professional conduct and guest interaction.
• Monitor performance quality, costume readiness, and technical support during events and shows.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and guest service protocols in entertainment zones.
• Participate in creative planning and suggest enhancements to existing programs.
• Support the Manager in calendar planning, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Document incidents, performance issues, and guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• UAE National with Family Book or Marsoom
• 0–3 years in managing entertainment or events within theme parks, hospitality, or leisure venues.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Performer supervision and vendor management
• Effective communicator with experience in entertainment logistics
• Familiarity with live show operations and technical support needs
