Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Sales Account Manager for Arabian Radio Network part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. You’ll be joining a well-established media network offering strong market presence, high-profile clients, and clear earning potential.

In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of media advertising clients while actively driving new business
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and agencies as a trusted commercial partner
• Identify, pitch, and close new opportunities across radio, digital, and multimedia platforms
• Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and monthly targets
• Develop tailored commercial proposals that deliver measurable value for clients
• Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and successful outcomes

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B or internal sales, preferably within the entertainment, tourism, or hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful international sales strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and deliver measurable business growth.
