The Executive – Health and Safety ensures implementation of safety standards, conducts risk assessments, supports audits and trainings, and fosters a culture of safety across the park.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local HSE laws and DHE safety policies.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support departmental teams with guidance on safety practices and emergency preparedness.
• Facilitate safety training and awareness programs for staff.
• Assist in the documentation and reporting of HSE metrics, audits, and safety drills.
• Follow up on corrective actions and implement preventive safety measures.
• Coordinate with external bodies for inspections, certifications, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date records of incidents, permits, and safety documentation
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

• 0–1 year in health and safety, preferably in theme park, hospitality, or industrial settings
• UAE National Holding a Family Book or Marsoom
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with safety systems and reporting platforms
