The Assistant Manager – Park Services ensures cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, manages on‑ground cleaning teams and contractors, and supports the Manager in delivering a safe and visually appealing environment for all guests and employees.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Inspect park facilities and respond to urgent cleanliness needs promptly.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with facilities for repairs.
• Ensure appropriate stock and use of cleaning materials and PPE.
• Train and coach cleaning staff on park standards and guest service.
• Support during peak hours, events, and seasonal operations.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.

• 1–2 years in a managerial, supervisory, or team leader experience
• UAE National Holding a Family Book or Marsoom
• Basic leadership and scheduling skills
• Health and safety awareness (preferably with basic HSE training)
• Good communication and coordination skills
