Job Overview

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Supervisor – Operations – Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll oversee daily beach operations, ensure service excellence, and drive revenue performance.

• Assist the Senior Supervisor & Management with daily operational requirements ensuring that the Beach Operators/Cashiers follow the standard operating procedures set by the Management.
• Assist leading the day to day operation on the beach as per guidelines given by the Senior Supervisor and Management.
• Make sure a proper inspection is conducted and followed on a daily basis for all beach facilities prior to starting the operation including but not limited to all washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks, beach area.
• Ensure money handling procedures are well followed as set by the management and finance department guidelines (cash float and cash intake).
• Pushing the cashiers and beach attendants on the ground to maximize sales and guaranteeing a perfect customer journey.
• Handling of customer feedback and complaints and reporting back to Senior Supervisor and Management.
• To perform other duties that the Management may from time to time reasonably require.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements set out by management.

• Minimum Qualification: High School Certificate
• Minimum Experience: 1+ year of relevant customer service experience, preferably in entertainment or hospitality
• Skills & Knowledge: Relevant product knowledge, cashiering and upselling experience, familiarity with ticketing/POS systems (desirable)
