Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to support the development and optimization of one of our client’s digital platforms
. This role focuses on executing the product roadmap, coordinating with third-party providers, managing game portfolios, and driving player engagement through promotions and gamification strategies, requiring the ideal candidate to have full understanding, experience and passion for Digital products.

• Assist in implementing the product roadmap on behalf of the client
• Coordinate third-party providers and platform integrations with technical teams.
• Fully owning and managing the look, feel and functionality of the lobby of the digital platform to include offerings
  , banners, featured games, promotions, as well as operations, events coverage and localized features.
• Collaborating with CRM and retention teams on implementing acquisition, retention and loyalty programs
  .
• Monitoring key KPIs, outline and propose strategic initiatives that are relevant for the client’s products and assessing their impact.
• Monitoring, suggesting and implementing UX related upgrades through testing and feedback, whilst having a continuous improvement mindset towards the customer journey.
• Assist in content localization, translations, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure compliance with industry related regulatory requirements
  , including crypto features.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Operations, Tech, and Finance teams.

• Experience in iGaming - casino, sports book, or online gaming platforms
• Exposure to third-party provider integrations
• Data-driven with experience using analytics or BI tools
• Knowledge of player engagement, retention, and gamification strategies and processes
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets is considered a plus.
