Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) – Air Fresheners / Diffusers
Service Frequency: Monthly service visit.
Coverage Areas of the Service:

• Reception / Main Lobby – Diffuser Units
• Lift Lobbies (All Floors) – Aerosol Air Fresheners
• Gym / Amenities Area (if applicable) – Diffuser Units
• Other Common Areas as identified by the HOAM team during site survey.

Note:

Vendor must verify the exact quantity and placement of units during the mandatory site survey.

• Comprehensive

All required consumables including fragrance refills, cartridges, and batteries shall be included within the AMC service.

• The diffuser units and associated accessories including oil-based fragrances shall be supplied by the contractor.
• Air freshener dispensers and aerosol refills shall be supplied by the contractor.
• The fragrance must be pleasant and suitable for residential environments , subject to Client approval.
• Vendor shall provide seasonal fragrance options and multiple fragrance variants for selection by the client.
• The contractor shall be responsible for routine maintenance, refilling of fragrances, and replacement of batteries where applicable.
• The client reserves the right to select or change the fragrance during the contract period.
• Any malfunction or maintenance requirement of the diffuser or dispenser equipment shall be attended by the contractor without additional cost during the AMC period.
