We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team within the live entertainment and events industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience in event ticketing, live entertainment, strategic partnerships, and large-scale event sales across the UAE and international markets.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with concerts, festivals, sports events, exhibitions, cultural events, nightlife, or international touring productions, along with a strong understanding of the regional entertainment landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with event organizers, promoters, venues, and entertainment stakeholders
- Drive ticketing revenue growth across local and international events
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the live entertainment sector
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients, corporate partners, and key industry players
- Collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to maximize event visibility and ticket sales
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, exhibitions, and entertainment forums
- Analyze market trends and sales performance to support business growth strategies
- 5–10 years of experience in event ticketing, entertainment, event technology, or business development
- Strong network within UAE events, hospitality, sports, nightlife, or entertainment sectors
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and closing strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience handling premium or large-scale events is highly preferred
