Event Manager / Planner, TV / Film Production, Music / Audio Production
The Concert Producer owns end-to-end execution of TODA's concert and event programme. You take a confirmed artistic concept (defined by our Programme Owner) and turn it into a delivered show — on time, on budget, and audience-ready. You report to the Managing Director and work daily with our Programme Owner, Marketing, Finance, and Box Office.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will not own creative concept — you will own that everything around the concept lands. If it ships late, you own it. If the marketing brief misses lead time, you own it. If the artist materials don't arrive, you find a way.

What you will own• Artist coordination — contracts (with Legal), riders, materials, rehearsal logistics. Chase materials until they arrive.
• Production scheduling — sound, light, projection, stage. Run technical checks. Manage external vendors and freelancers.
• Marketing brief discipline — provide complete launch package (visuals, copy, ticketing) to Marketing 12-14 days before show date. Without exception.
• Show-day operations — stage management, technical run-through, contingency planning, on-site presence.
• Per-show P&L — revenue tracking, marketing budget control, production cost reconciliation. Report against forecast weekly.
• Post-show review — actuals vs plan, lessons captured, marketing planning table updated.
• Status reporting — weekly written update covering each show in pipeline: stage, blockers, asks.
What we need• 3-5 years of event or concert production experience (UAE or comparable market preferred).
• Demonstrable track record of running multi-genre live shows — classical, contemporary, family, or cultural.
• Comfortable with budget responsibility per show
• Strong stakeholder management — artists, vendors, internal teams. You can push without breaking relationships.
• Fluent English. Russian and/or Arabic an advantage.
• Available for evening and weekend shows. UAE residency or ability to relocate immediately.
• Operational discipline — you finish what you start, on the date you promised.
Nice to have• Network of artists, performers, technical vendors in the UAE.
• Experience with immersive or projection-based event formats.
• Previous work at a cultural venue, concert hall, or arts production house.
