Description:
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with Tik Tok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
- Configure revenue campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
- Create basic design assets and materials for promoting campaigns.
- Assist in development and management of revenue campaign budgets; provide updates and support recommendations for adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to utilize data analytics for ongoing campaign optimization; assist in maintaining dashboards and reports for monitoring performance.
- Participate in quarterly campaign strategies and calendars to drive business metric growth.
- Be familiar with the LIVE ecosystem, analyze revenue strategies and campaigns, conduct competitor research, and explore innovative product features, campaign ideas and gamifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Internship availability to start in January 2026 for at least three months (6 months preferred).
- Previous experience in a revenue-growth or user-growth role in LIVE streaming or gaming industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, communication skills and data analysis skills.
- High oral and written fluency in English and Arabic.
- Enthusiastic about gaming and digital entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with the region and its nuances.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in using Figma or Cap Cut.
