Position Overview
Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution from initial concept to final wrap-up ensuring seamless client experiences.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution from initial concept to final wrap-up ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Develop and manage event budgets meticulously tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including caterers, venues, decorators, and entertainment, to secure the best services and pricing.
- Create detailed event timelines and run sheets, coordinating all moving parts and anticipating potential challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in catering and event management, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Proven expertise in menu planning, food and beverage service, and event logistics.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills for budgeting.
