• Lead end‑to‑end Facilities Management operations across Global Village, ensuring all assets are safe, reliable, and operating efficiently
• Define and execute FM strategy aligned with business objectives, including annual OPEX and CAPEX planning
• Manage service providers and contractors, driving performance through SLAs, KPIs, and effective vendor oversight
• Oversee maintenance of critical systems including MEP, utilities, buildings, and life safety systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Projects, Leasing, Events) to support business readiness and guest experience
• Lead seasonal operations including pre‑opening readiness, peak operations, and shutdown maintenance planning
• Manage FM budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective cost control
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in Facilities Management within retail, commercial, or similar environments
• Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors, and service performance through SLAs and KPIs
• Solid understanding of building systems including MEP, HVAC, utilities, and life safety
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capability
• Good knowledge of HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and safe working practices
• Experience in theme parks, entertainment, or large‑scale destination environments
• Master’s degree or additional certifications in Facilities Management or Engineering
• Exposure to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives within FM operations
