About the Job

As an Associate – Guest Operations, you will deliver exceptional guest service and support the day-to-day operations of Roxy Cinemas to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests
• Support front‑of‑house operations including ticketing, ushering, and guest assistance
• Maintain crowd control and ensure a safe environment
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns effectively
• Operate ticketing systems and manage cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Support promotions, events, and cinema activities
• Follow company policies and health & safety procedures
• Assist with stock handling and general operational duties
• Contribute to achieving service standards and targets

• High School Certificate or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service (hospitality, F&B, or entertainment preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in cinema, leisure, or entertainment industry
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Vista)
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Experience in handling cash transactions
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
