About the Job

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing professional, friendly, and engaging customer service to all visitors.
• Support front-of-house operations, ensuring guests receive accurate information, assistance, and guidance throughout their visit.
• Operate ticketing and point-of-sale systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Participate in guest programs, events, educational experiences, birthday parties, camps, and exclusive tours.
• Promote The Green Planet and Dubai Holding Entertainment brands positively while supporting marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, guest welfare, and operational compliance across all guest-facing areas.
• Support animal interaction programs by following approved animal welfare and handling procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently deliver memorable guest experiences.

• High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, leisure, attractions, or entertainment environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Comfortable participating in animal handling activities and following animal welfare guidelines.
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach with a willingness to support operational requirements.
• Experience with in the entertainment, tourism, attractions, or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with ticketing and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of Vista or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience supporting events, camps, educational programs, or guest engagement initiatives.
• Interest in wildlife, conservation, environmental education, or animal care.
• Ability to identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
