Here’s your chance to step into the role of Assistant Manager, Sponsor ships and Partnerships at Dubai Holding Entertainment. You will support the growth of sponsorship revenue by developing compelling commercial opportunities, coordinating successful partnerships and ensuring that commitments are delivered to a consistently high standard.

In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Supporting the sponsorship sales process by identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach and contributing to lead-generation and business-development activities.
• Preparing persuasive sponsorship and partnership proposals that clearly communicate value propositions and commercial opportunities.
• Planning partnership meetings, coordinating follow-up activities and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
• Supporting the preparation, review and execution of sponsorship and partnership agreements in collaboration with Legal and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinating the onboarding of new sponsors and partners, including the communication of guidelines and requirements in partnership with Marketing.
• Preparing and submitting essential documentation, including non-disclosure agreements, permits, approvals, contracts and supporting materials.
• Working closely with Finance to coordinate partner registration, invoicing, payments, budgets and related financial processes.
• Collaborating with Operations, Events, Marketing and Legal to ensure the smooth implementation of sponsorship initiatives and activations.
• Tracking sponsorship deliverables, revenue, budgets and expenditure while providing clear and timely progress reports.
