Senior Finance Manager - Investment Manager

A well-established investment firm operating in the DIFC, offering a range of asset management solutions to clients across multiple jurisdictions.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making
• Oversee daily finance operations including accounting, reporting, and treasury
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with DFSA and other cross-border regulatory requirements
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust internal controls
• Manage capital structure, liquidity, and investor reporting across jurisdictions
• Support regulatory filings in DIFC, Cayman, Luxembourg, and Saudi Arabia
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering collaboration and performance
• Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives including M&A and partnerships
• Collaborate with IT to enhance finance systems and operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues proactively

• Minimum 10 years' experience in finance roles within investment management or financial services
• Proven track record overseeing finance operations, reporting, and treasury in a regulated environment

  Strong working knowledge of DFSA regulations and DIFC reporting requirements

  Prior experience working within a Category 3C DFSA-regulated firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-border regulatory filings (e.g. Cayman, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia)
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Experience managing capital structure, liquidity, and investor reporting
• Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and audit processes
• Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing finance teams
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic growth initiatives
• Tech-savvy, with exposure to finance system upgrades or automation projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external audiences
