My client is a boutique wealth management firm with global reach, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and regulated by the Emirates Securities & Commodities Authority. They employ certified and experienced advisors committed to high standards in regulated financial markets.
The client is seeking advisors in the following locations:
- Dubai, with a rapidly expanding office
- Abu Dhabi
- The USA – ideally with Series 65 completed and AUM of at least £10 million
- UK – qualified UK advisors with a UK business book interested in pension transfers, with pas sporting rights through Europe for work in the UK and EU
As an experienced financial planning consultant, you will contribute to the business vision, with relevant qualifications and experience in wealth management or insurance. Your focus will be on financial planning and client relationship development.
Roles & Responsibilities- Representing the Financial Consultant Team
- Financial Planning Analysis
- Scheduling and attending client meetings to understand client needs and build confidence
- Pursuing new client relationships
- Leading and managing a Business Development Manager / Para-planner
- Collaborating with the internal team to achieve business goals
- Undergraduate degree in economics, financial planning, or investment analysis
- Level 4 qualification in Financial Services (Wealth management, financial planning, or insurance)
- Experience leading or working within a sales team
- Minimum three years’ experience in wealth management or financial advisory, with no client dissatisfaction or regulatory sanctions
- Level 4 Qualification or equivalent in financial services
- Proven client relationship management and acquisition skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently

- First-year income typically exceeds $150,000, with many earning over $300,000

A good existing book of business is highly valued and rewarded.
Please note: This position is suitable for experienced UK CISI / CII Level 4 qualified candidates serving EU and UK expatriates. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in life insurance or wealth management is required. This is a client-facing, sales-driven role; candidates from accounting, auditing, or financial management professions should not apply.
