We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of Umami Comms and the internal departments under. Reporting directly to the CFO, this mid-senior leadership role focuses on FP&A, financial reporting, business partnering and compliance, ensuring accuracy and clarity across all financial processes. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments and can transform data into strategy.

Role:
Finance Manager, overseeing financial operations, FP&A, financial reporting, business partnering and compliance for Umami Comms and internal departments.

• Manage finance team execution of month-end closing, review accounting entries, and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze P&L statements for the entire company and its internal departments.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Monitor performance metrics, margins, and internal KPIs.
• Ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance.
• Develop management reports and dashboards for HODs and CFO.
• Oversee internal financial controls and drive process improvement.
• Provide insights to guide agency-level financial decision-making.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Finance Manager capacity.
• Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; certifications like ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage.
• Experience in B2B services (PR, Creative, Marketing, or professional service agencies preferred).
