We are expanding with the launch of a new office in Dubai and seek motivated professionals across different experience levels — from Junior Analysts to Associates. We are especially interested in candidates who combine strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset to help grow the office.

Qualifications & Skills

Ideal candidates should have:

• 1.5 years or more of full-time experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate strategy consulting.
• A strong academic background (Master’s degree from a top-tier university)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure for top-tier, high-profile private equity clients.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English (High-level written and verbal communication skills)
• Strongly desirable: Fluency in German, Dutch, or any Nordic language, as this will be a major advantage for covering those key regional markets
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and leadership qualities suited for developing a new office environment.
