A CA will be involved in audit, tax, and corporate finance, should have knowledge of UAE taxes like VAT and corporate tax. Should have experience in financial reporting, auditing, and tax advisory services.

• Audit and Assurance:
  Conducting statutory and internal audits.
• Taxation:
  Advising on and managing indirect tax (VAT) and corporate tax, which is a growing field in the UAE.
• Corporate Finance:
  Providing advice on financial matters and corporate strategy.
• Accounting and Financial Reporting:
  Overseeing financial records, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Transfer Pricing:
  Especially for companies with cross‑border transactions, due to the corporate tax in neighboring countries.
• Forensic Accounting and Business Recovery:
  Investigating financial fraud and assisting in business recovery situations.

• Professional Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and often a bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with financial software and accounting systems.
