Job Description

We are hiring a Finance Head for one of our esteemed clients—a leading trading company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in cross-trade operations and 3rd port shipments
, along with deep knowledge of IFRS and UAE taxation.

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, treasury, internal controls, audits, working capital, and taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax).
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies.

• Provide management with analytical financial insights through budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and risk assessments

• Support strategic and operational decision-making with timely financial reports.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 accounting professionals
  , ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous development.

• Contribute to the company’s strategic vision and execute financial strategies across all business units.
• Drive process improvements and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• 7–10 years of finance leadership experience in a UAE-based trading company
  .
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cross-trade and 3rd port shipment scenarios
  .
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel
  , and other financial software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and English fluency.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and compliance requirements
  .
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.
