A trading company specializing in international commodity markets is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payment Execution Specialist to oversee and streamline payment processes. This role requires a structured professional with a financial background and a deep understanding of banking operations, payment workflows, and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in payment execution, treasury operations, or a similar role within financial services or trading companies.

• Manage and execute daily payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle bank transactions, including SWIFT payments, reconciliations, and approvals.
• Monitor cash flows, liquidity, and account balances across multiple jurisdictions.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Optimize payment processes to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.

• Strong knowledge of banking systems, SWIFT, and payment processing.
• Experience working with multiple currencies and cross-border transactions.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
