Job PurposeTo maintain operational efficiency, manage growing workloads, and ensure the Finance department continues to provide high-quality services.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation Bank Guarantee and Petty cash process
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Assist in the preparation of daily accounting.
- Review of Invoice Compliances with applicable VAT Laws
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure accurate financial accounting.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business performance and efficiency.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field
- High organization and administrative skills
- Maintains communication with department heads and respective teams
- Should be able to communicate well at all levels
