- Prepare and maintain management P&L statements
- Maintain the balance sheet in management accounting format
- Monitor and manage cash flow and cash movement reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and plan–fact variance analysis
- Control and monitor accounts receivable
- Calculate project profitability and margins
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for management decision-making
- Develop and improve management accounting reports and internal financial processes
- Support strategic and operational planning
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Russian — mandatory (fluent or native)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial models is a plus
