FP&A Manager Africa, Levant and Other Gulf - ANI

Abbott is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive finance strategies across Africa, Levant, and other Gulf markets from our Dubai location within the Nutrition Division.

• Business partner with various functions and lead the ANI Commercial Finance team to support commercial and supporting functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and long‑term financial analyses and reports meeting internal and division reporting requirements and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis requested by local management and area leadership; collaborate with commercial teams for cost leadership and profitability initiatives.
• Manage demand and ADS processes for opportunistic markets, host upload and actuals for P&L and balance‑sheet reviews (excluding UAE, Kuwait & South Africa).
• Drive margin, profit, cash‑flow improvements and cost‑leadership projects, leading selected projects to successful execution.
• Review local financial policies and procedures to ensure adequate internal controls.
• Review balance‑sheet items, reserves, accruals and documentation to confirm compliance with Abbott and local reporting requirements.
• Facilitate internal and external audits and ensure timely remediation of identified issues.
• Perform special projects or analyses directed by senior management.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis with multi‑national companies, preferably in the Nutrition or FMCG industry.
• Prior Senior Finance/FP&A Manager experience in MEAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is a plus.
