Senior Manager – Investments | Emirati Talent | Finance
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Investments for our prestigious client in the UAE.
Role Profile Investments, Funding & Capital Markets- Analyze funding and investment requirements of business units based on strategic and financial plans.
- Propose, evaluate, and arrange funding and investment solutions at Group and Operating Company levels.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investment partners to structure and negotiate facilities and transactions, in coordination with Legal.
- Collaborate with the Sustainability function to align investment and financing activities with ESG objectives, where applicable.
- Prepare annual updates and compliance certifications for capital markets programmes.
- Support capital markets programme updates, debt issuances, and investment-related financial projects as required.
- Prepare and update investor presentations and investment materials.
- Manage and maintain Investor Relations website content.
- Ensure timely preparation and release of bi-annual financial results press releases.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications on press releases, annual reports, and ad hoc communications.
- Ensure timely release of financial statements and required announcements to listing authorities.
- Prepare annual rating agency presentations and coordinate internal preparations for meetings.
- Manage ongoing relationships with credit rating agencies, including quarterly and ad hoc information requests.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly loan compliance certificates, sustainability compliance certificates, and financial statements to lenders and investors in a timely manner.
- Contribute to environmental stewardship by aligning work practices with ISO standards.
- Support continuous improvement of internal systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5–7 years of experience in investments, treasury, funding, investor relations, or capital markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
