Sales Manager – Banking Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in selling banking applications solutions across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling International Payment Systems, Open Banking/Open Finance solutions and advanced payments technology products. The candidate should be able to directly engage with relevant senior members of financial institutions, create interest in the company’s banking solutions, deliver complete product presentations, conduct initial discussions on requirements etc.

• Drive new business for banking solutions, with focus on:
• Open Finance / Open Banking platforms
• International payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, Cross-border payments)
• Payment Hub and payment orchestration platforms
• Own the entire sales cycle:
  Lead generation, product presentation, solution pitching, proposal submission, and deal closure.
• Deliver clear, confident, and technically sound product presentations to senior stakeholders, addressing customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions across the GCC.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product capabilities with client needs.

• 8+ years of experience in selling banking application solutions (mandatory)
• Proven success in selling international payment systems, open finance/open banking solutions, and/or enterprise payment platforms.
• Sales experience in GCC/Middle East markets is essential.
• Strong ability to understand, articulate, and propose company’s banking solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to work from Dubai with periodic travel to other GCC countries.
