Capital Finance Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Expert – Capital Readiness to play a key role in strengthening financial preparedness for large-scale projects and strategic investments.

The role combines financial acumen with strategic foresight to ensure optimal capital structuring, funding readiness, and long-term financial sustainability in alignment with organizational growth objectives.

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide capital readiness framework.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, ROI/NPV analyses, and investment evaluations.
• Evaluate funding alternatives including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments.
• Prepare financial models for investor and lender due diligence.
• Coordinate with banks, government entities, and rating agencies to ensure compliance and funding preparedness.
• Design and optimize capital approval and monitoring processes through digital tools and dashboards.

• Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA (required).
• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, capital management, or project finance, preferably within government-related entities (GREs).
• Proven expertise in structuring complex financings, preparing for capital raises, and leading large-scale investment projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial modeling (DCF, LBO), Islamic finance instruments, and UAE financial regulations.
