Relationship Manager – HNI & NRI Wealth Management
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and NRI clients. The role focuses on building long-term client partnerships and driving growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) across approved investment funds and products. This is a client-facing role for a seasoned wealth professional with a strong understanding of global markets, investment products, and UAE regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNI and NRI clients, including proactive client acquisition and relationship deepening.
- Conduct detailed client profiling to assess risk appetite, investment objectives, and suitability.
- Recommend and promote approved investment funds and solutions in line with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Drive AUM growth through strategic client engagement and product positioning.
- Stay informed on global markets, investment trends, product launches, and regulatory developments, particularly those relevant to UAE and NRI clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (investment research, product, operations, and compliance) to ensure seamless execution and superior client experience.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE SCA regulations, FATCA requirements (for NRIs), and internal governance frameworks.
- Maintain a strong professional network within the HNI/NRI community in the UAE and across key corridors.
- 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or portfolio management.
- Proven track record of managing HNI and/or NRI client relationships and growing AUM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, MBA are a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of investment products (funds, structured products, alternatives, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage sophisticated clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of UAE financial regulations, NRI investment frameworks, and compliance standards.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and client-first approach.
