- Process and verify daily deposit and withdrawal requests
- Perform KYC checks and document verification
- Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Coordinate with payment service providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records
- 1+ year of experience in fintech or digital payments
- Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and payment flows
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of credit and debit entries
- Freshers can also apply with good computer knowledge
- Candidates currently in Dubai are preferred
